Thursday, March 8, 2018. We did Pour Paint Art at the Stroke Recovery Art Group last month. I wrote about how much fun it was with Girl Guide Leaders. And I wanted to be able to do it with other groups. I tried it out a couple of times to figure out how to make it a little easier for our groups. I made sure everyone had an old shirt or apron on.

A Year of Living In My Head. In July of 2011 I had a stroke. In November they found a head tumor. How I manage doctors, family, friends, and my kids without coming undone. Saturday, December 20, 2014. I returned to taking a daily dose of statins. It started slow- my internist wanted me on them, even if it was once a week. My neurologist wanted me on them.
